 Question
I just noticed the tournament rules and it states that after a round is done there is a one week break before the next round starts. Why is there such a long break when all games are 3 days per move? I would think the next round should follow the same format and wait 3 days for players to confirm and start the round then. The 4 extra days drag out the tournament unnecessarily since players must meet the 3 day rule already and some players will be done much earlier and have a long enough wait as it is. Hopefully this makes some sense as tournament #1 took 4 months as it is. That means that there was a week between each round instead of 3 days meaning 4 rounds X 4 extra days or 16 days where nothing was being done but waiting. Just a thought that this question might speed things up by a few days per round. TY
