 Luck factor Rating
Luck can be computed in to a ranking formula. Setting a specific threshold of what is considered lucky, very lucky, unlucky, and very unlucky. If a person gets very unlucky twice in a game, his rating will not decrease as much, when s/he loses, and vice versa. this will lead to a more accurate rating

 Example
Let's say a threshold for lucky is set at 3% - that is the probability of making a hit on your next role is 3% or less. Such as as hitting any particular double like 6:6 (2.77% actual probability) to win a game. or very lucky set at 1% Sum of Lucky & unlucky will be counted and compared with the opponent. Rating will be adjusted accordingly
