 Tournament completion
It would seem that the 7th Tournament could be wrapped up now. Its 99% complete and Group 5 is the only one with any active games remaining. Even if rayito1973 wins both his remaining games against agwhthd (and he will), or agwhthd wins against Mariov (its a toss-up right now), they can't catch Bev001.

We recently added code to check for this. However, the state of a tournament round is checked in the early morning hours Mondays through Thursdays (so that new rounds don't start on the weekends).
