As already mentioned in the private -with all the respects to NT organizers-, Iran2 and Iran3 teams decide not to challenge each other for 3rd. place. Maybe it could be considered as a common 3rd. place for both teams, or simply we didn't have a 3rd. team.

My dear friend,

It's simply just a misunderstanding, as both team agreed about this on a total friendly decision and nothing else.
Please remember that the 3rd. place game have always been optional since the first NT (as we already knew and Yiannakos re-confirmed that), so nothing happening here against the NT rules which we all respect responsively.
