On 8 September, I asked Iran1 captain Maziariran to challenge the Romania1 team.
On 11 September, Romania1 captain Lordonny posted in these forums that Iran1 player Golgol959 was on vacation.

According to the rules, if a player is on vacation for more than a week - which IS the case here - a 4-man team like Iran1 has THREE days to replace him or play as a 3-man team.

Today, 13 September, Maziariran replaced Golgol959 with Amir49 and asked that he participate in Match Day 1 against Romania1.

This is more than three days since the match started but within three days of when it was made known to everyone that Golgol959 is on holiday.

Does Romania1 want to include Amir49 in the match or let stand the result since the substitution was late?

The replacement of the 4th player was late ! I notified Maziariran about this problem since on 09 sept., than i warned him once on 11 sept and he did not even bother to respond to my messages !
From my point of view Romania 7 - Iran 5 is the final result !
I hope that my attitude is not interpreted as a lack of fair play and i have all the respect for iranians opponents but their captain proved to lack of communication and that cannot get over it !

Romania1 - Iran1 7-5 is a final result as per the rules published on this thread.

Amir49 may play in the second game of his team.
