format A question as to the speed - or lack of it - of the tournament came up. Any suggestions as to how to speed it up? Should we make all games 2-day response instead of 3? Should we adopt a knock-out format after the group stage (similar to the Champions' League)? Should we make it a straight knock-out competition (similar to the FA Cup)? |
