I've lost so many games (and points) recently that I haven't been able to challenge any of my opponents from Australasia because of their settings   (I've sent them a message to challenge me) ... Let's hope my luck changes in this tournament and I start to win something!

I sent you a private message to let you know it wasn't my settings, I checked but there should be no reason why you can't challenge me. The only thing I did have 'on' was the choice not to play against players with the forced turn options, 'off'.

I've unclicked it now just in case

On a positive note I would just like to thank those who have left positive comments about the website and the work I have done. It is my first attempt at creating a website and I would like to thank wordpress.com for making it easy, once I worked out the difference between a post, a page and a menu. I don't intend for it to be my site but while I have the time I can get some structure in place to make it easier for others should these tournaments have enough participants
At this stage I am happy to drop in any table/rules/format that people may want to try. It has really just become a hobby, once you start you see ways of doing things better and it just grows.

I will continue with hosting (by default) T2 and may run another one from the start but for now I'll look after the http://unofficialzootourneys.wordpress.com/ site for results etc

We should all be here to enjoy backgammon so lets focus on that.
