As far as I remember u can recruit a player before the start of a round.....and if u find a player in the middle of 1st round then he/she would be eligible to play in 2nd round and not in the 1st.

Please note;

that Plasmon is mentioned twice on the NT8 website
Plasmon decided to leave the German team and create the EU team

So far the German team consist of:
Regina
Chingachkook
Steelerhead

and it is not yet known whether beerhand will be part of the German team or not.
