I made it to the top on June 27th for the 2nd time. This last time in less than 50 days. But I had a 2 week vacation in the middle. I'll start over again without the break and see how it goes.

Teddibear - well done.

I believe rainelec holds the record for getting to the top in the quickest time. He did it in 35 days. I managed to get to the top in 118 games but it took me almost 2 months.

Next time you restart the ladder, see if you can get there in under 100 games or inside 1 calendar month.

Whoever does this will be part of a very select club.

Thanks sideshowbob2012,

It seems getting to the top quickly would predicate playing as many games as possible, and that seems to fly contrary to getting to the top in as few games as possible. A delicate balance is indicated do achieve both.

Maybe I'll try one, then the other. I might learn something about how to combine the two.

I made it to the top again today and even had a few nearly complete wins waiting in the wings if needed but as of now I'll play out my remaining games and when done, retire once more and start over with the intent to get to the top in less than 100 games. If that gets blown up along the way I may quit again and start again to see how quickly I can get back up.
