I don't understand how loser v loser will work for 3rd place when there are still 4 people in afetr the first round!

match 2-- winner advances to second round
match 3-- advanced to second round on bye
match 4-- advanced to second round on bye

round two winner of match one and two
match 3 and 4 were bye rounds and advanced automatically

so round three or final will be the winner of the match to follow -

the losers of the first round (2) will play loser bracket for third place.
