 … 3 days solves the weekend problem. I play every few hours during the week, but often I go out on the weekend, and then I can't play. I've had a number of 2-day games timeout over the weekend, but for the rest of the time during the week I pay rapidly. Most sites have a "stop clock at weekends" option, but since this one doesn't, that's why I still support 3 days per move. |

Bonne Chance, A question please. I don't understand? I notice one of the reasons you give for not agreeing with Chwa's 3 day game suggestion is that we have a 2 day rule and should therefore stick to it, but on your published rules for TC5 you reserve the right to add players who don't meet the stated entry criteria rules. How can you have it both ways? are we sticking to published rules or not? I have to say I don't mind either way. If you're going to stick hard and fast to the rules, that's obviously fine, but if you are saying that the rules have some give in them then that should apply to all rules and players. |
