Sorry, Mariusadi, but Romania have not yet qualified.
If, for example, Iran1 win their match day 2 game v. USA3 and defeat Romania 12-0 and Australia defeat USA3 16-0, Romania do not go through  

The CIS can go through, from Match Day 2, if they win that last game in their match v. Iran3.
