START DATE: Tuesday, 20th May 2014 00:00 GMT or immediately after registration of 64 players

FORMAT:
Double Elimination:

You are not out of the tournament, until you lost twice. As long as
you win, you stay in the upper bracket (just a single elimination
bracket that is). If you keep on winning, you will finish to play the
final of the tournament.

After your first lost, you go 'down' to the lower bracket (where all
first losers meet). The round you lost your match in upper bracket
will decide in what round you 'drop' into the lower bracket. To keep
it easy: the more matches you win in upper bracket, the more advanced
you drop into the lower bracket when you lose your first match there.
(When you lose a second match, you are out of the tournament.)

The final of the Double Elimination is played between the winner of
the upper bracket (until now, this person did not lose yet) and the
winner of the lower bracket (lost one match, but won the others).
When the winner of the upper bracket wins that final match, he/she is
the winner of the tournament. _But_ when the winner of the upper
bracket loses that final match, there is a rematch to decide who
finally will win the tournament (remember: you are not out of the
tournament, until you lose twice).

1st Round will be "BEST OF 7" games.(26th May 2014 23:59 GMT)
2nd Round will be "BEST OF 7" games.(2nd June 2014 23:59 GMT)
3rd Round will be "BEST OF 9" games.(9th June 2014 23:59 GMT)
4th Round will be "BEST OF 9" games.(16th June 2014 23:59 GMT)
5th Round will be "BEST OF 11" games.(23rd June 2014 23:59 GMT)
3rd & 4th Position match will be "BEST OF 11" games.(30th Juney 2014 23:59 GMT)
The final will be "BEST OF 13" games. (30th June 2014 23:59 GMT)

Instructions:

Best of 7,9,11,13 means u hv to win 4,5,6,7 games respectively.
All games are without Cube. Gammon and backgammon do not count.
Modify ur challenge criteria before the start of the tourney so that other players can initiate games against u easily, If you don't wanna do that then be quick and start games yourself before irritation of ur opponent or simply add ur opponent in ur friend list,it will nullify all criteria.
ZE will not allow u to challenge 2nd game when a challenge is already pending,so wait for ur opponent to come online and when u both are active at the same time,u can start as much games as u want as other will accept immediately.
Start 7 simultaneous/parallel games at a time as it will help u to finish ur games soon.
After u win, please submit your result on the BB website.every1 has their own BB site logins nows and method is user friendly.
If a player is not moving FAST or holding games pz report this in the forum so that ur opponent can respond there and you can avoid any penalty in the future.

We hv many new players now, i hope all pioneer players will help and guide them, With so many players there can be 1 or 2 unpleasant incidents.
I will request all of you to display the sportsman spirit and handle all the matters like adults as we all are here to play BG and enjoy the fun, So no fighting please.

Penalty:
Any player who could not complete his/her game within 1 WEEK will be banned in the next tourney.
In any special circumstances hosting committee will allow such player to play in the next tourney on player's request or recommendation of some pioneer player.

We have started few un-official Tournaments as ZE house tourney take more than 6,7 months to finish, just an example, I am currently playing in 6 tourneys and I hv advanced to next round in 5 of them and there is no intimation of 2nd round ever happening... 

So we have started these tourneys...This is our 4th KO Tourney
We started in March and our 2 tourneys are finished..our 3rd Tourney (http://binarybeast.com/x1404026) is also almost finished as players are currently playing in Semi Finals..

If u are new then simply REGISTER on BB site from above link,we use that webiste to maintain our results..after joining site pz join this tournament http://binarybeast.com/x1404232 and u are good to go..
u can follow this thread or annoucement thread for any type of updates
