Group B scenarios USA3 and CIS have already qualified for the knockout round however, first place has not been decided yet. In Match Day 2, the two teams are playing each other with the score being 8-7 in favour of USA3. USA3 also have a match in hand (v. Australia). Should AbeFromann (USA3) defeat Carefree in the last game, USA3 will win first place with a victory or draw or even a 9-7 loss against Australia. CIS can still win first place if Australia win 10-6 or better. Should Carefree defeat AbeFromann, USA3 must defeat Australia 10-6 or better to go through. Should they lose or draw, CIS take first place. Should USA3 win 9-7, then CIS and USA3 will square off in a playoff game as they will be even in points, percentage and head-to-head. |
