eagle-tee, lilwarrior, canada and me choice the option 2,
because it was the closest choice of option 3.

The option 3 means we have to wait.

It seems option 1 has carried the day.
Into my first pot go the names of:
USA2, Iran1, Canada2 and Pak-Col

Into the second pot the names of:
Canada1, Romania2, CIS and Iran2.

And the draw:
Pak-Col - CIS
USA2 - Iran2
Canada2 - Canada1
Iran1 -Romania2

So our draw has produced a rematch of Iran1 - Romania2 and a Canadian civil war!

There should be a rule for people participating in these tournaments in regards to their rating settings / you want to play - change your settings for the duration of the tournament.
