I understand that some people are keen to start the tournament as soon as possible.
I understand that some people, not only Ehsan, are only able to join the tournament in two weeks.

I do believe rules should serve the people and not the other way round.

There has been quite some discussion, also outside the Forum, which I happen to pick up about 3 and 4 players teams, Some say, three players team have an advantage, others do deny it.
The three players rules dates from the past, when it was not possible to recruit enough players. I also heard that because of this old rule, some teams did not bother to find a fourth player. We only need 4 more players now to have 20 teams with 4 players, which is simply the fairest starting point. Nobody can then argue that the three player teams had an advantage or not.

Therefore I do ask our dear host, not to start with the tournament today.
I ask all participants to try to recruit 4 more players, especially those teams who still consists of 3 players.

August was our month of recruitment and August is over.
We cannot wait indefinitely. At some point we should start.
Our site is ready and we already have 20 teams as per our rules (going back to NT1) - more than we've had before.
Again I will iterate and reiterate: there is no advantage for a 3-man team. Tie-breakers are by percentage points, recruitment is open and voluntary so even if some captain chooses three top players, should a fourth volunteer, he/she will be placed on that team.

Ehsan wishes to sit out the first game.
Skymus - a Lithuanian - showed interest in the Nations Tourney too late to form his own team so... I will ask him if he wants to replace Ehsan just for the first match to get a taste of NT competition - assuming there are no objections..
