Let lilwarrior decide the new Tourney format and after that old members who are also willing to play in tourney 4 can start their games right away and for new members 7th or 15th Sept,any date can b decided....

I guess I'd like a little more prep time. My job is teaching, and things are pretty intense right now with startup.

We'll get the call out, and get a list going. I'd also like to hear from the others to make sure all the duckies are in a row.

Sept 15 th is a perfect date to start.... Remember, many players involve in BG tournament (sept 2), NG tournament (sept 9), and AD tournament (sept 16)..... Also, I would like to see both tournaments (CT2and CT3) finish if possible before sept 15th.... Way to go, littlewarrior!

Teacher also, but school holidays from 21st Sept. Away for a week but other than that not a problem. Can't see either tourney getting close to finishing by end of Sept. Knock-out rounds will drag on waiting for opponents to finish games.

I'm in for TC#4 but only if we stick to the rules that are initially spelled out by the host. Please don't misunderstand me, I understand and appreciate why TC#3 was extended beyond the agreed to August 18 deadline. My point is, if we as players know that our planned vacation or work-related activities are going to interfere with our ability to finish our matches by the agreed-to time deadline, we should wait until the next T so that we are not holding things up for the players who abide by the rules. For example, as much as I have missed Josiecat and Dapharmer in T#3, I admire them for politely not signing up for T#3 when they knew they might not be able to complete their games within the time constraints that we all agreed to. I also realize there are unpredictable events that happen in everyone's life. Abriscoe and the KK have identified a great way to handle those situations. I guess my main point is that hosts and their helpers (AKA KK) put a lot of effort into serving all of us. Let's cooperate with them by abiding by the rules that they specify. And thanks LW for agreeing to host the next T.

I am in real estate "high time " April - August ... because I signed up for T3 ... truthfully I never should have played T3 .... AT LEAST I made all attempts to complete all 26 player games prior to 1st assigned deadline date. I RUSHEDdddddd through games most likely could have played higher stat's IF I knew the time was going to be extended may have finished with better ranking. Was not "thrilled to determine time had been extended" ....

I believe "stick with the rules" of the host ... deadline dates are deadline dates....

I would like to join tourney 4. You might need to send me a message as I don't check this thread often.
Also I saw earlier that a new rule would be you had to have been at top of ladder within so long. Don't like that rule. I dropped out of ladder after reaching top. I have been trying to top sideshows feat of 118 games. I have not put much effort but if I don't Top I start over. I enjoy tournaments much more than ladder.

I will start a forum thread. What I would like is for each player that wants to sign up to copy the list, and paste it into their reply. That way, on the final tally, all names will be together in one place.

I'll start with my best guess. Tourney #4 will start on Sept.11, my 'birthday'.
