2nd place qualification team

will it depend on winning percentage or number of won matches?
I reckon percentage makes more sense....

Qualification of the second team in the group

3-men teams are already privileged in the current system, since every 4-men team would be stronger, if it drops its weakest member (generally valid for a n-member team in this system dropping the weakest member to become a team with n-1 members). Using winning percentage instead of won games would privilege teams with less members even further.

Second-place qualifiers

As there will be five groups, second place no longer means an automatic qualification.
The best three second-place finishers will qualify.
The same criteria for group tie-breakers will apply:
1. Points
2. Percentage
3. Playoff game

Why not...

Why not 4 groups x 5 teams?
Then there isn't a problem with qualification ?
(Still yet: mixed-men teams is not good idea)

@Esprit

If we have four groups of five teams, we will need five match days in the group stage with each team having an off day.
No thanks!

hi

I agree with plasmon on 3 players have a advantage ! But ok
.
I don't like finishing second and not advancing

Maybe a quick playoff among the 5 second teams for 3 spots. One player plays to speed it up ?

@ yiann...

Just propose
Still yet 3 days, without "off day"
I: 1-2, 3-4, 5-1
II: 1-3, 2-4, 5-2
III: 1-4, 2-3, 5-3, 5-4....
