it is tough to put into words and I am trying to hammer this rule out BEFORE it is used( hopefully it wont be)

that said....

I been thinking about it and what scenario might come up- and I BELIEVE that just the rule of whoever is tied - their individual match would determine who advances.. the only way it COULD get complicated if there is a 3 or 4 way tie--

going back and counting EVERY POINT scored for the Tournament would be a days work at least and even if you could research that -- because there have been some situations where the dead cube was played - it could cause even more confusion..

this is why I particularly like the INTERPRETATION RULE--

I am sure it will be fine--

and If a ruling is required I am just saying NOW - that IF and that is a BIG IF it appears that two people are hopelessly deadlocked I am going to reserve the right to use the two players percentage of wins from there profile pages.

I am HOPING that wont be necessary but like the interpretation rule implies- you cant possible cover every possible situation in the rules..

but the easy tie breaker WOULD BE the individual match of those two players--
