 I agree with itisme The luck of the dice gets evened out over the current 16 game format. Cube games and 3 or 5 point matches would just be over cumbersome. Gammons and backgammons to count I could live with, but why complicate matters? |

Group C I'm going to stick my neck out and say well played Netherlands for qualifying with 4 points! UK1 has finished with 3 points and 23-25 win ratio. Who will qualify in second place, all decided on the last match, will it be: Canada-US 10-6 ---> Canada qualifies with 3 points and 24-24 record Canada-US 9-7------> Canada-UK1 playoff Canada-US 8-8------> US qualifies with 3 points and 24-24 record? What is the status of the 'missing game'? Can anybody stand the suspense? Tune in next week... |

Scenarios for Group C One minute, Guthers!!! The Simonfox - Annamarina game was already reported and taken into account. We STILL have one game outstanding: Siggelito (NL) v. Capricorn17 (UK). Should Siggelito win, Canada qualify with a victory of any score! PS. The outstanding games in the USA1 - Canada match are Dadooo's encounters with Bonne Chance and Lilwarrior. Dadooo is feeling poorly and the Nations Tourney officials all wish him Get Well Soon! |
