re-not a social site Hey skulls, I'm sure even with a chat function you can come, play and leave I personally consider this a social site - a place where people who love backgammon come to play relating to each other in an almost communal activity. Maybe our views on what is social is different? The word social comes from Latin socialis - companionable...comrade. So whether that's chatting or playing or chatting and playing I'm not sure I see the difference. People have made comments in the forum but it's out of frustration. There's always problems when humans get together but for the most part I don't think too much damage will be done online...as colzmachine says...what's the worst that can happen? |

not a social site.....or is it? I have a solution: Have chat available for those who would like to, and have an option to block chat for skulls, and others who don't want to chat. O.K. Next problem? |

Zooescape Notifications Would it be possible to have an option not to receive Zooescape notifications of win/loss, challenge accepted etc in 'Messages'? I play a lot, so know when I've won/lost or when it's my turn to move. I would like only to receive messages from other players if possible. Thank you. |

Message issues I second with aphrodite0123. I would like to have several choices- click to turn on or off for all messages to receive.... Also, another option- I prefer to get a message when an opponent wants to say something... I want to turn off notifications for WON/LOST and ACCEPT/DECLINE.... Thanks! |

Blocking I think there should be an option to prevent messages from any players that one does not want to hear from. |

As I Said Chat option causes many more problems than it solves, Zooescape will now be wasting much money and programming time on this dumb item. Money and time that could be better used in actual site additions and improvements. GET RID OF IT BEFORE IT DRAINS THIS SITES FUNDS!!!!! |

loving it well, I'm good but I know you weren't asking me LOL... I'm loving the message function. I've gotten to know some of my opponents a bit better which has been great but we don't always 'message'... I think the suggestions in this thread so far are useful...I agree the ability to turn bits off like you can the email notifications would be good for start and finish games etc. if you want to. |

test... I lost my last message...I was going to say I've noticed ZE making quite a few modifications and improvements aside from the message function. Good one |
