 Dice repeat many times
http://zooescape.com/backgammon.pl?v=200&gid=322662 I had 5 men off to my opponents 0 and then my next 4 rolls were 5-3 3-5 5-3 3-5 getting one off until last roll got none off as I had 6 men on the 6 point. So 5-3 was my worst roll 4 straight rolls. Dice repeated in other games similarly as in other game noted also. Good or bad repeat more than I have seen before.

With the number of dice rolls we players are seeing (and I am very knowledgeable of statistics and probability), it is to be expected that some odd occurrences would happen. I would only remind people of the Law of Large Numbers which says that the average value, given a large enough data set, is the expected value. This is why the data on the dice rolls given over all players is consistent with this. This only problem with dice rolling programs is with the "random" number generator, which is actually only pseudo-random. However, I would say with the data from the site that this is not a faulty number generator. So, your strange occurrences, though odd, are only deviations from the mean that are to be expected over time. Also remember that coincidences in occurrence are mathematically expected over time with the repetition of rolls.
