![]() Often times I'm faced with a decision to leave a blot and can do so in a few locations. I debate back and forth, try to do some quick math to see if any combination to total 6 is more likely to occur than rolling either a single 2 or 4, and then make my roll. I'm never really sure if I've made the 'right' choice since when that game comes around again I can't recall where I left the blot and what my opponent had to roll. This is especially true if in the interim there were few forced moves when I can't get on. I understand that the moves history shows what happened and I have no qualms with the randomness of the dice, I would just like to see my opponents dice roll before leaving that game and going to the next. Is this a possible option to add? Or is it too big of a programming issue? Thanks in advance for the feedback. |

![]() Seeing your opponent's roll before them seems like it would be against the tradition of the game (playing the game face to face). We do appreciate your suggestion and will consider it |

![]() Thanks for the reply, but I'm not buying the answer. When there are forced moves, my opponent sees my roll before I do (sometimes several). Short of playing online with someone in the same room (which would be silly), I still don't see how knowing what my opponent just rolled makes any bit of difference to the outcome of the game. Again, I'm not suggesting there's anything that a player could actually DO with this information, it would just be to instantly know if you made the right choice as to where to leave the blot. Thanks for listening and replying. Keep up the great work. |

![]() ZE - Have you considered this anymore since October? Anyone else want to weigh in this subject? I can't be the only that is curious about whether this. If you have a bunch (more than 20 or so) games going and in one of them you have to choose whether to leave a blot on the 5 or the 6, it would be nice to know right then and there if you made the right choice. As it is, if your opponent rolls the right number and kills you with their home well defended, it might be four or five forced moves until you get on. By that time, the board doesn't even resemble what it last looked like. (I guess your pieces haven't changed much, but your opponent's sure has!) Again, I'm not advocating being able to DO ANYTHING with this information, it would just be fun to know. I'll get down from soapbox now. |

![]() I agree with you pokhra. There is no reason to not see the next roll for all the reasons you mention. I does nothing if you see it before your opponent does as he may not be on for a while . In the meantime you don`t have to wonder what he rolled and if he hit or not. I have been in many situations where I simply know he got in my board since no force moves were made when he is on the bar. The response from admin is a nice thought but it is irrelevant who sees the roll first as only one can play it. Hope it can be programmed easily as it would give you your answer to your last play immediately no matter how it turns out Cheers. |

![]() That didn't make much sence to me, Dragonia. You seem to lean both ways. |
