I remember last tournament had a lot of tensions, some players were intentionally stalling their games, there were incidents of non-compliance with the rules and such.

I propose all the teams/players should agree to the Code of Behavior :
- respect your opponents at all times
- play fast
- obey the rules of the tournament

These 3 points are valid always, not just for this tournament, especially - the first !
You forget one important - min/max points for challenge and ignore list .
How we will regulate this?

Yes, I do agree .....
In comparison to former NT's the atmosphere during the last tournament was not as joyful and easygoing as at the NT's before. I regret this a lot. I experienced it as far more competitive and serious and the spirit of friendship was not always present.
Luckily, we had lots of fun within our team ....

As far as min/max points and ignore list are concerned, as a captain I have been corresponding a lot during the last NT to connect all my team members, as in every round there were hassles and it was not possible to invite players directly .... and with lots of friendly emails, I could serve my team..... so that's how I tried to solve these problems, by taking responsibility for my team and serve them wherever i could.

So, I'll see what the others think of a NT7 and will let you know soon
