 Top ten of all three ladders at same time Is something I've been trying to accomplish for quite awhile. Right now I'm in the top 15 of all three, and it may be the closest I get. It's much harder than I thought it would be. |

Oh, yes! Probably the most difficult to accomplish than anything else.... My best result- 1, 1, and 2 for about one hour two weeks ago... |

Triple crown On 2 January 2015, Alain Sam Berger was number 1 simultaneously in all three ladders. Prior to that, I had accomplished the same feat on 11 May 2014. I understand it was done before that as well. |

Hints That is very cool, Yiannakos! I am wondering if you limit the number of games you play? Seems most do, to 5 or so. Also, do you attend to your games very often? Or at least watch where they are in progress, and strategize? I find I go up and down like a roller coaster, as I only play once or twice a day, and if I don't access for a while can shoot down the ladder very quickly. |

Hints It's difficult to go up a ladder when you only pop up on the site once or twice a day. You probably have noticed that when you first log on in the morning, you have dropped a few notches over night to players who were active at that time. Being semi-retired now, I can play in ZE for a couple of hours each day. I have a limit of 15 games and quite often look at the ladders to see who is available for me to challenge. If anyone is in a higher position, I always challenge no matter what his / her rating. I hope these few hints help? |
